Adviser Compliance Consulting, Inc. (“ACC,” “we,” “us” or “our”) explains in this Privacy Policy how we collect, use and disclose personal information through outsourcecco.com and related inquiries, newsletter subscriptions and marketing interactions.
This policy does not replace confidentiality or data protection provisions that apply to our client engagements. Information we handle on a client’s behalf is subject to the applicable engagement terms and legal requirements. If your request concerns information held by one of our clients, please contact that organization; we will assist as required by our obligations.
Information you provide
We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us, request information about our services or subscribe to our newsletter. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, company name, approximate assets under management, service interests and other information included in your inquiry. We also retain correspondence and communication preferences associated with those interactions.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account credentials, investor records or other sensitive or confidential information through our general website forms. If you need to share confidential material, contact your ACC representative to arrange an appropriate method.

When you visit our website, our website systems and providers may collect technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages requested and the date and time of your visit. This information supports website operation, troubleshooting and security.

Information from other sources
We receive attendee lists from event hosts when attendees have given permission for their information to be shared with ACC. We use that information within the scope of the permission provided and as permitted by applicable law.
How we use personal information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, discuss prospective engagements, deliver requested materials and manage our communications with you. We also use it to send newsletters and other marketing communications where permitted, maintain website security, resolve technical problems, keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.
We use website analytics to understand which content visitors find useful and improve the website.
When we disclose personal information
We use HubSpot as our customer relationship management (CRM) platform to store website form submissions and newsletter records. GoDaddy hosts our website, and we use Microsoft Outlook for email communications. These providers process personal information in connection with the services they provide to ACC, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
We may also disclose information to our legal and other professional advisers; when required by law, legal process or a valid government request; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse or address security concerns. Information may be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law. ACC does not sell personal information.
How long we retain information
We retain personal information for five years from the date is is collected, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law. After the applicable retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the information.
How we protect information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us at info@outsourcecco.com. We may still send nonmarketing communications, such as responses to your inquiries or messages about an engagement. Cookie choices are described in our Cookies Policy.
Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, receive a portable copy, obtain information about disclosures, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have rights to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority where permitted or required. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any limitations that apply. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Appeals and complaints
Where applicable law provides a right to appeal a denied request, you may appeal by emailing info@outsourcecco.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. Please include enough information for us to identify the original request. You may also have the right to complain to the privacy regulator or other appropriate authority where you live.
Browser privacy signals
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We do not enable Google Signals or use website tracking for advertising or to track visitors across other websites.
Our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals or automatically process Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. ACC does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.
