Shannah Mallett

Shannah Mallett is a compliance consultant at Adviser Compliance Consulting (ACC). She brings a strong foundation in public administration, corporate finance and SEC regulatory compliance, with experience supporting global compliance programs and delivering scalable solutions for investment advisers.

Prior to joining ACC, Shannah was a consultant at ACA Group, where she supported quarterly Form PF filings and conducted annual compliance reviews for hundreds of clients to identify and address regulatory risks. She also filed annual Form ADV amendments for registered investment advisers and provided ongoing compliance monitoring aligned with SEC requirements.

Shannah has extensive experience in training and operational development. She designed and delivered training programs for more than 90 analysts across global offices and played a key role in redesigning onboarding processes to significantly accelerate readiness and improve team efficiency. Her work includes developing workflows that enhance consistency, streamline compliance processes and support high-performing compliance teams.

Earlier in her career, Shannah served as a project manager for The Congress of Neighboring Communities, where she worked with municipal leaders to analyze governance practices and develop data-driven recommendations for operational improvement.

Shannah holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a certificate in Corporate Finance. She is currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies with a focus on corporate compliance.
